# Invite Team Members and Assign Roles in Husk

> Add teammates to your Husk workspace and assign roles like admin, finance, or cardholder. Control who can issue cards, view reports, and manage settings.

Husk lets you invite your team in seconds and assign role-based permissions so everyone has exactly the access they need, nothing more. Admins configure the workspace, finance leads see everything, and cardholders manage only their own cards.

## Invite a team member

  <Step title="Open Team settings">
    Go to **Settings** > **Team** and click **Invite member**.

  <Step title="Enter details">
    Add the person's name, work email, and role. You can invite several people at once by separating emails with commas.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send invite">
    Click **Send**. The invitee receives an email with a signup link that pre-fills their role and workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Track invite status">
    Pending invites show under **Team** > **Invitations**. Resend or revoke from the same view.

## Roles and permissions

    Full access. Can invite and remove members, change roles, connect banks, issue cards, view reports, and manage billing. Assign to founders and finance leaders.

  <Accordion title="Finance">
    Full visibility into transactions, receipts, and reports. Can issue cards and manage reconciliation. Cannot change workspace settings or billing.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Cardholder">
    Can only see and manage their own assigned cards, submit receipts, and view their own transactions. Cannot see other team members' spend.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Viewer">
    Read-only access to dashboards and reports for the whole workspace. Useful for accountants or advisors who need visibility without editing rights.
  </Accordion>

<Tip>
  You can change a member's role any time from **Team** > **Members**. Changes take effect immediately.
