This guide walks you through getting your company up and running on Husk. You will create your account, link a business bank account, invite your team, and issue a virtual corporate card. The entire process takes about five minutes end to end.

Create your Husk account

Go to app.usehusk.com/auth/sign-up and create your account. Enter your work email, set a secure password, and verify your email address. Then add your company name and registered address. Husk is designed for European companies and does not require a personal guarantee or credit history.

Link your business bank account

Connect your primary business bank account to get real-time balance and transaction data. Husk supports multi-bank aggregation for BNP, ING, KBC, Revolut, and bunq. Select your bank from the list, authenticate securely, and grant Husk read access. Your connection is encrypted and re-authenticated automatically.

Invite your team

Open the Team section and add colleagues by email. You can assign them to departments and set default spending limits during onboarding. Invited users receive an email with a secure join link and can start using Husk immediately.

Issue your first virtual card

Navigate to Cards and click Issue Card. Choose Virtual, select a team member, and set a spending limit and allowed merchant categories. The card is ready for use online instantly. You can freeze, edit limits, or terminate the card at any time.
Enable WhatsApp receipt capture right away. Team members can snap a photo of any receipt and send it to Husk on WhatsApp. The platform extracts the amount, date, and merchant automatically and matches it to the right transaction.
Once your first card is active, you can start building your spending policy and exploring Husk’s financial insights.
